Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Pines Escape sleeps up to 8 in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Pines Escape is on a large property, and next door to a second dwelling, Lilly Creek Cottage, that can sleep up to 5 people (to have sole use of both dwellings, please contact us).

A short 2 hour drive from Sydney, surrounded by many beautiful Jervis Bay beaches, with the local Huskisson town and beach only 5kms away, makes this the perfect Escape.

Living and Entertainment

This home features three bedrooms (one queen bed, two king single and a room with a bunk bed). There is also a single pullout sofa and a day bed located in the back of the home in a small sunroom.

The home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable escape, and close enough to all the beautiful Jervis Bay attractions.

Large enough to accommodate the extended family with friends that may be able to stay next door (upon request at an extra charge).

The property boasts ample room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.

There’s plenty of parking, even for the trailer and boat and/or campervan.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen for the enthusiastic baker and cook, with an outdoor covered patio equipped with a gas BBQ and large outdoor dining area to accommodate the whole family.

The naturally light filled sunroom at the back of the home invites you to sit back and relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while overlooking the creek.

The flat open grassland ensures plenty of room for the children or little furry friends to run around freely without restricting on space.

On the property there is an exposed creek with no fencing. We wish to advise guests that should you choose to bring children or pets, we recommend to keep a close eye on them at all times.

Woollamia Is a small coastal village located on the South Coast of New South Wales. Situated just outside the larger town of Huskisson, Woollamia offers easy access to beautiful beaches, national parks, and waterways. Popular activities In Woollamia and the surrounding area include swimming, surfing, kayaking, fishing, and hiking. There Are also several local cafes and restaurants to explore, as well as boutique shops and galleries. One of the main attractions of Woollamia Is Jervis Bay, boasting some of the whitest sand beaches In the world, as well as crystal-clear waters and abundant marine life. Guests can take a Dolphin or Whale watching tour, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the stunning natural scenery. Parties and Functions

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don’t respect the neighbours will be evicted for feiting their full tariff and security deposit.

If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees, and we can corroborate that claim in any way, you will lose your full security deposit. No questions asked.

If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, please look elsewhere.

Internet

Most properties now have access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.

Arrivals and Departures

Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.

If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early). Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Standard Inclusions

We provide linen all year round . This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will even have the beds made for you when you arrive!

The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is “Spray and Wipe”, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.

There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost.
